Credit A Rated Tenant Construction Loan
Due to a unique set of circumstances, Barry Slatt Mortgage, through one of its affiliates, 3MD Financial LLC, was able to directly fund the construction loan for an experienced retail developer. The Northern California property is pre-leased to an A rated credit tenant on a long term net lease. Mortgage Bankers Richard Davidson and Greg Gray originated the loan for the Barry Slatt Mortgage Company, which is also servicing the construction loan.
