Barry Slatt Mortgage Company successfully financed the 53,125 square foot Wilbur Medical Plaza for a joint venture between a prominent institutional MOB investor and a local commercial investment company.
 
This structured transaction involved securing a loan that provided for a non-recourse, 4-year fixed rate at a very low interest rate. Chief Operating Officer Michael Kaplan and Executive Director Steven Hamermesh were successful in securing the fixed rate loan from one of their correspondent life insurance companies even though the subject property occupancy was only 86% at the time of funding.
