The former President of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, Barry Slatt stood for entrepreneurship and lasting relationships—important values we still live by and believe in. What We Do
We are the premier commercial mortgage banker on the west coast. There is a large chasm that resides between the definitions of a mortgage banker and a mortgage broker. Don’t find out the difference the hard way.
In short, brokers don’t maintain the same kind of relationships with lenders as bankers, nor does the service they extend offer the same value. Mortgage broker deals aren’t exclusive in any way, and are available to the general public. An experienced mortgage banker will have a long-standing history and exclusive relationship with lenders who can offer rates unavailable to independent brokers, and the experience it takes to make the deal work for your business.
