Daniel Friedeberg is the President of the Barry S. Slatt Mortgage Company. As such, he oversees the origination and servicing of the company’s loans. Daniel has worked in the real estate/financial services industry since 1992 and has been with the Barry S. Slatt Mortgage Company since 1994. In his tenure with the company, Daniel has originated and overseen the closings of several billion dollars worth of loans. He is an expert in loan originating and servicing for individual and institutional accounts. He is also an expert in placing highly structured loans with Life Insurance Companies, Wall Street Conduits, Banks and Private Lenders. Daniel is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), The Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), Los Angeles Mortgage Association (LAMA) and Commercial Mortgage Securitization Association (CMSA). Daniel has been an expert guest speaker for many of these organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis. He currently resides in the Bay Area with his wife and three children.
