Drew Rands has been with the Barry Slatt Mortgage Company since 2008, where he has been involved in the origination and closing of more than $400 million in debt on commercial and multifamily properties. Prior to joining the Barry Slatt, Drew was a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in apartment building sales and condo land acquisition in the San Fernando Valley. Drew has demonstrated a strong work ethic, the ability to find solutions for tough problems, and a never stop learning attitude throughout his life and career. These traits have given him an exceptional track record and provided outstanding service to his Real Estate clientele.
 
Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon with a major in Multimedia Design. He fought forest fires throughout the country while earning his degree, and carries the distinctions of both Eagle Scout and certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
