Laura Millichap has been in the field of real estate lending since 2002. Her first four years were spent on the banking side of the business; originating, processing and closing all types of real estate transactions for two nationwide lenders. While on the banking side of the business, she closed over $500 Million in transactions spanning the various real estate product types. Since focusing solely on originating loans at the end of 2005, she has originated and closed over $120M in real estate transactions. Laura is a member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Her business philosophy is to treat each client how she would like to be treated. Prior to a career in real estate finance, Laura was a top producing sales agent for Margo’s Marvels, a local cookie company and RealtyIQ, an internet based real estate database service company. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Laura’s obsession and passion for business started at an early age with a tee shirt business and continues to this day.
