Scott Monasch, Senior Vice President with the Barry S. Slatt Mortgage Company, has been active in the California Real Estate market for over 19 years and is a Bay Area native. Scott was formerly an Executive Vice President and Principle with a large California Real Estate valuation and consulting firm. Mr. Monasch is a graduate of California State University at Chico where he earned a B.A. in Finance and Business Administration. Scott has both his California Real Estate license and his State of California General Certified Real Estate Appraisers license. Additional memberships include the California Mortgage Bankers Association, (CMBA), Bay Area Mortgage Association, (BAMA), Mortgage Bankers Association, (MBA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, (AAHOA). Scott Monasch is consistently a top producing loan originator in California and throughout the United States. He has provided in excess of 1 billion dollars of loan placements and valuations throughout his career. His experience includes all property types and he has structured many loans to meet both borrower and property specific requirements. Mr. Monasch also has served as an expert witness in court cases regarding valuation disputes and has been a speaker for different trade groups. Mr. Monasch joined Barry Slatt Mortgage in 1997.
