Every transaction is unique and has a short life of its own. Navigating through challenges represents what I love about the real estate industry. The only way to grow is to continuously challenge yourself. There are numerous challenges around each deal point. Experiencing and walking through these challenges alongside our clients is extremely rewarding both personally and professionally. Finding what’s best for the client, creating value, and thinking outside the box is what I focus on.
Thus far, I participated in the origination and closing of over $1.8 billion in loan volume across approximately 500 closed transactions. My approach to every deal has always been to do things the right way. What really matters is to provide the best guidance I can and add value in order to meet the needs of the client.
