Doug Watson has been active in the real estate industry since 1990, working in commercial development with Spieker Properties, brokerage with CBRE, Stewart Title Company National Unit, and more recently with Rubicon Mortgage Fund. These positions gained Doug valuable experience in leading companies, sales, leasing, investments, project management and financing.
Doug Watson is a real estate salesperson and a California Finance Lender (CFL). In 2006, Doug founded his private mortgage banking company, Rubicon Capital Partners, Inc., and opened the Rubicon Mortgage Fund in 2008. Prior to founding Rubicon, Doug worked in private commercial mortgage banking, successfully raising investor funds and underwriting loan transactions. He continues those same responsibilities today, as President, Co-Founder, and Managing Partner of The Bridger Fund, LLC. Doug currently splits his time between Pleasant Hill, California and Bozeman, Montana with his wife, Jenny. They have three college-age sons living in Colorado, Oregon, and Montana.
