Simon brings over 15 years of real estate financing experience across all asset classes. Prior to joining Slatt, he was with Chase Commercial Term Lending for over ten years focusing on office, industrial and retail loans between $2-50 million. He also gained experience with financing ground-up construction, hospitality, and trophy Class A office buildings while with the Carlton Group in New York. In total, he has helped finance over $2 billion in real estate projects. He lives in San Francisco and enjoys flyfishing, snowboarding, mountain biking and spending time with his wife and children.
