Bret Piekaar is a San Diego native and SDSU Alum. Since joining the Slatt Capital team in 2019, Bret has closed over 300 loans totaling over $1.4 billion across all property types in 34 states.
Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Bret interned with California Coast Credit Union in their Real Estate department. In his free time, Bret likes to play tennis, snowboard, and enjoy the outdoors as much as he can.

Bret Piekaar graduated from San Diego State University in May of 2019, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. At SDSU, Bret was on the executive board of The Real Estate Society, SDSU’s real estate student organization, helping students network with real estate professionals and find their way to a career in real estate.
