Rhett Streelman

Rhett Streelman is a Commercial Mortgage Banker at Slatt Capital, where he sources and structures financing for industrial, office, and multifamily properties—leveraging data-driven underwriting and strong lender relationships to secure optimal terms.

Before joining Slatt, he worked at Lee & Associates, leading lease and purchase negotiations, and at CBRE, where he provided market research, financial modeling, and strategic insights to support brokerage initiatives. Rhett is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique objectives and delivering creative, tailored capital solutions throughout the loan process. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, traveling, watching sports, and golf.
