Andrew Friedeberg began his career with Slatt Capital in 2016 as a Servicing Intern, performing site inspections across California, Texas, and Oklahoma. In addition to spending time supporting a multifamily-focused investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap post-graduation, Andrew most recently spent over 4 years with LoanCore Capital as an Originations Analyst in both the Orange County and Los Angeles offices. While with LoanCore, he helped originate over $450MM in bridge debt and manage over $700MM in on-book loans. He gained additional experience with CRE CLO/warehouse back-end financing considerations, loan restructuring, distressed/special situations including REO from foreclosure to disposition, and loan draws/future funding advances on value-add plans.
10 years later, Andrew has re-joined Slatt in Southern California as an Assistant Vice President where he specializes in underwriting and valuation, due diligence, and capital advisory.
