This month, Bridger Fund, a joint venture with Slatt Capital, celebrates its fourth anniversary. What began in 2021 with a call to my friend Doug Watson turned into a partnership to launch a fund in 2022. Since then, we originated 67 loans totaling over $103M, focused on small-balance commercial real estate loans in California.
