Bridger Fund Open to Investment and Loan Origination
Bridger Fund I, LP, a commercial real estate mortgage fund, is officially open for investment and loan origination. The fund will be comprised of a diversified pool of loans collateralized by commercial and other types of investment real estate primarily in California. The fund is managed by a joint venture between Doug Watson and Bridger Fund, Inc., an entity controlled by Slatt Capital. Dan Friedeberg, CEO of Slatt Capital and Michael Kaplan, president of Slatt Capital will sit on the loan committee with Doug Watson and Jason Berry, COO of Slatt Capital will run operations with Operations Manager Kim Larson.
Bridger Fund specializes in short-term bridge financing for commercial real estate investment and owner-user building acquisitions and refinances. As a relationship-driven lender, Bridger Fund offers financing with a fast due diligence process and credit underwriting right outside the guidelines of conventional lenders.
