Neil, a Southern California native from Santa Barbara, joined Slatt Capital's San Diego office in late 2024. His role at Slatt is focused on securing commercial debt financing for Multifamily, Retail, Industrial, and Hospitality properties across the US.
Outside of the office he enjoys being in the water surfing or in the mountains fly fishing.
He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California and a member of several real estate organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Packaging Technology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development from the University of San Diego.
