Daniel Friedeberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Slatt Capital. He oversees all of the company’s origination and servicing of loans. Daniel has worked in the real estate and financial services industry since 1992, and has been with Slatt since 1994. Daniel has secured several billion dollars in closings and continues to actively originate and structure a wide breadth of commercial transactions across the country.
Daniel currently serves on the Commercial Board of Governors (COMBOG) for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), The Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), Los Angeles Mortgage Association (LAMA) and Commercial Mortgage Securitization Association (CMSA). He has been an expert guest speaker for many of these organizations.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis.
