With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jason has a proven track record of innovative operations as well as leading cross-functional teams for complex operations. Jason joined Slatt Capital full-time in 2017 to manage servicing operations, lead its geographic expansion, and transform their digital systems. Prior to joining Slatt Capital full-time, Jason served as a strategic advisor to the firm with a focus on overall growth. Jason’s background includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer for BT Commercial where he was a key figure in the organization and launch of Cassidy Turley. Mr. Berry served as Executive Managing Director of Northern California for the newly formed Cassidy Turley prior to leaving the firm in 2015 with its the sale to Cushman & Wakefield.
Currently serves on the Commercial Servicing Council for the Mortgage Bankers Association and is an active member of The Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), and CRE Finance Council (CREFC).
Jason graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
