Jason Berry is the Chief Operating Officer of Slatt Capital and serves as Chief Financial Officer of Bridger Fund, an affiliated joint venture that operates a CRE debt fund. With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jason has a proven track record of modernizing operations and leading cross-functional teams across CRE organizations.
Jason joined Slatt Capital full-time in 2017 to manage servicing operations, lead its geographic expansion, and transform its technology. He had advised the firm on growth strategy for two years prior to joining.
Earlier in his career, Jason served as Chief Operating Officer of BT Commercial, where he was a key figure in the organization and launch of Cassidy Turley. He went on to serve as Executive Managing Director of Northern California for Cassidy Turley before leaving the firm in 2015 following its sale to DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield.
Jason serves on the Commercial Servicing Council of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) and is an active member of the MBA and the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA). He holds a broker's license issued by the California Department of Real Estate.
Jason graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
