Jack brings a strong capital markets and underwriting background shaped through roles across multiple CRE finance platforms. Most recently at ArrowMark Partners, he supported the closing of over $150 million in bridge loan transactions while underwriting industrial, retail, multifamily, office, and specialty assets nationwide.
His work included detailed credit analysis, market research across major MSAs, and evaluating deal structures from $5–$75 million. Prior to ArrowMark, Jack held roles at BWE and Essex Real Estate Capital Advisors, where he contributed to more than $1.5 billion in evaluated transactions and supported the closing of over $250 million in financings with life companies, banks, credit unions, and debt funds. He began his career at JLL, sourcing over $50 million of office leasing and land assignments.
At Slatt, Jack will be responsible for sourcing commercial debt and equity financing for industrial, retail, office, multifamily and specialty assets, bringing a relationship-driven and analytically focused approach to capital advisory.
Jack graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2018, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
