BACKGROUND
Jay Richert joined Terrix Financial in 2002. Jay underwrites new commercial real estate loans and manages the Colorado servicing portfolio verifying annual insurance compliance and operating statements for correspondent life insurance companies.
He enjoys bike commuting most of the year, weather permitting. Outside Terrix and bike commuting he stays busy with his five children.
EDUCATION
Jay graduated from the University of Akron (Ohio) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and the University of Colorado with a Master’s Business Administration in Finance.
