BACKGROUND

Makenzie Warlow Campbell has a 10+ year career in various debt origination and structured finance roles for institutional firms such as CBRE, HFF, Deutsche Bank, and Yellowstone Capital. Makenzie started her career as a debt placement analyst working for two of the largest volume production teams in the country; CBRE Houston (2014-2016) and HFF San Francisco (2017-2019), working on all property types and seeing an average volume of $6B per year. In 2019, Makenzie transitioned to the lending side working as a loan originations Associate at Deutsche Bank where she facilitated over $2B in underwriting, loan structuring, risk analysis, and loan processing for CMBS financings across all markets and property types. She was also the VP of Underwriting for a boutique LATAM debt fund focused on construction and bridge financings for build-to-rent, horizontal multifamily, and modular construction projects. Her experience is well rounded in origination underwriting and transaction management totaling $4B in volume to date with focus on retail, industrial, office, and multifamily property types across the U.S. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Makenzie lives in San Francisco and represents middle to large family office and institutional property owners and developers in California, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
