Neil Holliday

Neil, a Southern California native from Santa Barbara now residing in Carlsbad, joined Slatt in 2024 following eight years in partnership marketing and business development. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and brings passion and a strong work ethic to his role at Slatt Capital. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development at the University of San Diego. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, surfing, fishing, and anything outdoors.
