Wendy is a Vice President and part of the Hachem team at Slatt Capital. She has worked in the commercial real estate finance sector for over a decade in loan originations and as a senior loan closer. She has successfully closed over $90 million in loans year to date.

Wendy is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). She was a former member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for many years.
