Adam Pearlman is the Business Operations Analyst at Slatt Capital, focusing on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across the business. Adam joined Slatt Capital as a Commercial Real Estate Intern in June 2025 and transitioned to a full-time analyst role in February 2026. His approach is methodical and research-driven, informed by his background in journalism. Prior to joining Slatt, he worked as a reporter covering real estate and economic policy across southern Arizona, with all of his work published in major regional newspapers.
Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in Business Administration.
