With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate servicing, Elizabeth has expertise in managing high-volume cashiered and non-cashiered life company and CMBS portfolios, with loans ranging in size from $1MM to more than $200MM. Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Elizabeth worked for more than 18 years at Gantry Inc., leaving her role as Servicing Director there in 2021 to become the Head of Servicing for a private lending firm. Elizabeth returned to the commercial servicing sphere in 2022, joining the Slatt team as Managing Director of Loan Servicing, where she now oversees Slatt's loan servicing division responsible for the management of $5 billion in commercial real estate loans.
Elizabeth earned the CCMS (Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer) designation through the MBA in 2016 and has been involved as a course instructor and oral exam panel member for the designation classes since then, instructing the "Legal & Regulatory Compliance" and "Lending" sections of the course. She also assisted as an instructor for the MBA's "Servicing Agreements & Compliance" and "Legal & Regulatory Compliance" sections of the Introduction to Commercial Loan Servicing classes in 2018 and 2020.
Elizabeth is currently serving as the 1st Vice Chair of the MBA's Servicer Council and is on the leadership team for the CCMS Society's Philanthropic Subcommittee, which received the Opens Doors Foundation's 2023 Spirit Award.
In addition to being a panelist or moderator for sessions at the MBA's annual Servicing & Technology Conferences since 2014, Elizabeth has held various leadership roles within the MBA's Committees as follows:
