Ted Tannors

Mr. Tannors brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Ted has experience in originating debt obligations on office, retail, industrial, multifamily and self-storage assets for life companies, CMBS lenders, and banks, as well as significant life company servicing experience. Before joining Slatt Capital, Ted managed a $2.1 billion loan portfolio comprised of 300 life company loans for two different investors with an average loan size of $7.5 million. He began his career at CBRE in Los Angeles and has worked previously for GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Q10 Westcap, and Northmarq.
