Andrew grew up in San Diego and moved to the Bay Area upon joining Slatt Capital in 2012. Since then, he has been involved in placing over $800MM in commercial real estate financing across a variety property types ranging from Multi-Family and Retail to Industrial, Office and Specialty-Use. Prior to joining the company, Andrew specialized in national media and integrated program planning while simultaneously overseeing multiple commercial real estate projects. He is an avid golfer and currently resides in San Francisco with his wife Jessie.
Andrew is a member of several real estate organizations including the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and an active member within the USC Marshall School of Business alumni community. He recently received the Excellence in Loan Analysis award from Symetra Financial, one of Barry Slatt Mortgage’s correspondent lenders.
Andrew MacLeod graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration, a concentration in Advertising and Promotions and certificates in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning and Cyber Security.
