BACKGROUND
Parker joined Slatt Capital in 2021 as a loan servicing analyst supporting our portfolio managers. After spending the year learning the servicing side of the business, Mr. Watson has moved into a loan production role as an Associate and Commercial Mortgage Banker operating out of the company's San Francisco office. Previously, Parker served as an analyst and sales assistant with Rubicon Mortgage Fund, LLC. In his free time, Parker likes to experience the outdoors, cook, travel, and watch sports.

Parker is an active member of NAIOP and The Belden Club. He also holds a California Real Estate License.
EDUCATION
Parker is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Economics, with a business finance concentration.
