In order to win the deal, we were able to offer the borrower’s the following structure:
- Life Insurance execution in which Barry Slatt Mortgage will service the loan
- 15-year fixed rate, amortized over 25 years
- Rate-lock at application
- In order to ensure certainty of execution, the loan was pre-approved (subject to the review of third-party reports) at the time the application was issued
